Personal Training by Meg LeBlanc Fitness

Online Training

Train smarter from anywhere with our Online Training program. Get personalized workouts from expert trainers, habit checklists, nutrition plans, progress tracking, and regular check-ins—everything you need to stay motivated and accountable at home, at a different gym, or at Athlete World.

Nutrition

Real results require both training and nutrition. Our customized nutrition plans support your goals—whether weight loss, performance, or long-term health—and are available as a standalone service or an add-on to personal or online training.

Athlete Development (Private Sessions)

Elevate your game with personalized 1-on-1 Athlete Development sessions for any sport. Improve strength, agility, and sport-specific skills with expert-led drills and techniques designed to boost performance and confidence—perfect for athletes of all levels. Hockey players also have the option to shoot pucks during sessions. Book your session with one of our trainers today!

Youth Athlete Development - After School Program

Build stronger, faster, and more confident athletes with focused training tailored to their specific sport. Led by experienced coaches, these sessions develop agility, strength, coordination, and sport-specific skills through proven drills and techniques. Open to athletes of all sports and skill levels looking to improve performance and gain a competitive edge.

Athlete World also offers an after-school training program, where athletes train and hockey players have the option to shoot as well. Sessions run Monday and Wednesday from 3:45–5:00 PM. If these days don’t work, please reach out to arrange an alternate schedule or to book your own private group.

Team Training

Boost your team’s performance with high-energy, sport-specific training for any team sport. Build strength, speed, agility, and endurance while enjoying fun, team-focused sessions. Hockey teams also include shooting and stickhandling. Ask about team packages tailored to your needs—nutrition and yoga can be added to enhance your program.

Hockey Drop-In Shooting

Improve your hockey skills on our synthetic ice with multiple shooting lanes and stickhandling stations. Drop-in participants have full access to all lanes and equipment to practice shooting, passing, and stickhandling at their own pace. U11 and under must book with a coach, and players under 14 require adult supervision. Inquire to book your 30 or 60 minute drop-in slot today!

Hockey Shooting with a Coach

Take your shooting skills to the next level with a 30 or 60 minute session led by an experienced coach. Focus on accuracy, power, and technique with personalized instruction and targeted drills. Perfect for players looking to improve their scoring ability and confidence on the ice.

Ice Baths / Hydrotherapy

Speed up recovery and reduce muscle soreness with our ice bath hydrotherapy sessions. Designed to improve circulation, decrease inflammation, and support post-training recovery, these sessions help athletes feel refreshed and ready for their next workout or game. Ideal for anyone looking to optimize performance and recovery.

Reformer Pilates - COMING SOON

Strengthen, tone, and improve flexibility with Reformer Pilates. Using the reformer machine, each session combines controlled movements, resistance, and core-focused exercises to enhance posture, balance, and overall body strength. Perfect for all fitness levels seeking a full-body, low-impact workout.

Spin Class - COMING SOON

Power Skating & Skills Sessions

I would recommend Athlete World to any athlete whether you are in a team sport or individual sport looking to improve and make the next step in your athletic career. State of the art facilities, gym equipment and areas specific to the new age athlete. The shooting area is perfect for anyone wanting to improve their puck handling and shooting capabilities.

The one on one players from my team received from Meg exactly what they needed to push them in their training and gave confidence to kids that were making their first steps into the fitness world. Meg did a great job planning and was always open to suggestions or changes we needed to make throughout the season.

The kids enjoyed their time spent at the gym and I’m glad we got to spend the 2024/25 season with her.

I would for sure recommend other teams to Athlete World. It was exactly what our team needed this year to help us finish off the year strong, in other years we ran out of gas. It benefited our team greatly to work with Megan.

After last year’s exit interviews I knew we needed to change something when it came to off ice workouts. This was a perfect solution to our needs. It was great team bonding with a different voice, they could be together working out without one of our coach’s around. Megan tailored our workouts to what we wanted based on our schedule.

We were ready for the 2nd half of the season and more importantly the playoffs. I really think working with Megan allowed us to win our league!
